PLAYER RATINGS: How the Offaly hurlers rated in their loss to Waterford

10 – Oisin Kelly - Oisin Kelly ended up with 2-1 and was a pivotal figure in Offaly's resurgence in the closing quarter. He had been out of it for most of the first half but kept working and was another who played his way into the game. He was in the right place at the right time for his first goal and his second one was out of the top drawer. Rating – 8.
