Four Offaly SPAR stores receive top accolade for retail excellence

This year’s SPAR 365 Awards, held in association with independent bodies Solution Management Associates (SMA) and Lloyds Register Quality Assurance LRQA, recognise those SPAR stores who have excelled during the year across all areas of store. In winning these awards, the SPAR stores were independently assessed across a range of criteria including customer service through SMA as well as a robust Food Safety and Hygiene audit conducted by LRQA. These exemplary SPAR retailers received their award in recognition of their commitment to implementing Best practice store standards throughout their store, thereby providing an excellent customer experience to their local community

The Offaly stores who received a SPAR 365 Retailing Standards Award are

• Pat and Una McDonagh, McDonagh’s SPAR Barack Obama Plaza

• Aidan Healy, Healy’s SPAR Cloghan

• Ben and Mary Sweeney, Sweeney’s SPAR, St Mary’s Road, Edenderry

• SPAR Corrib Oil Ferbane
