All the events you can enjoy in Tullamore on Culture Night!

CHORAL CAROUSEL, Áras an Chontae, Tullamore: 4pm – 7pm [CANCELLED]

An extravaganza of song showcasing choirs from across Offaly, including Schools, Banagher Trinity Gospel Choir, HSE Tullamore Staff Choir, Offaly County Council Choir and Le Chéile.

Also be treated to the wonderful exhibition by Tullamore Camera Club displayed in the Atrium of Áras an Chontae and to the Short Film Sonic Pollinators by Julie Spollen. 

VR PARTY, Sragh Business Park, Tullamore: 10am – 10pm

Enjoy Virtual Reality Short Films, including Allumette; a sad tale based on the Little Match Girl, Faoladh; a tale of a Celtic boy in the late 9th Century Ireland and David Whelan’s Titanic; an immersive experience of the doomed ship through the eyes of a survivor. HIP HOP WORKSHOPS, Kilbrook Community Centre: 4.30 – 5.30pm  & Clara Family Resource Centre: 6.30pm – 8pm

Offaly Writer Eileen Casey is editor of this anthology, which brings together the workings of over 60 poets celebrating Patrick Kavanagh’s legacy.
