1. Paddy Dunican -Paddy Dunican's striking from placed balls was excellent as he got a '45' and two two point frees into the second half. He has been a great help to Offaly since returning from abroad and was instrumental in their super league campaign. He was short of his best, however, with his primary goalkeeping duties here – he had kickout problems and was way out the field when Meath got their late goal. Rating – 6. 3 – Aidan Bracken - A mixed bag by Aidan Bracken. He was completely honest and did a lot of very good things but he also had his hands full at times in the second half as Meath got on top and ran at Offaly. Rating – 6 CLICK ON THE ARROWS ABOVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THE RATINGS

4 – Daire McDaid -Daire McDaid tried his heart out and was good on the ball and going forward. He did have some defensive problems before being replaced. Rating – 6
