Tullamore College celebrates Literacy Week with 1st Year Spelling Bee
AS part of Literacy Week, Tullamore College hosted an exciting 1st Year Spelling Bee, where students put their spelling skills to the test in a friendly yet competitive atmosphere.
Congratulations to Ada Flynn, who emerged as the Spelling Bee Champion 2025! A huge well done also to Diarmuid Eager and Sally McKeagney, who secured joint second place after an impressive performance.
The event was a fantastic way to promote literacy, boost confidence, and celebrate the importance of language skills.
Well done to all the participants for taking part and congratulations to our fantastic Finalists Damayn Dimitrov, Ada Flynn, Kate Kovtun, Sally Mc Keagney, Penny Bannon Kane, Hannah Geraghty, Emer Shortall, Orla Fitzpatrick, Diarmuid Eager and Elizabeth Morris.
