Carrig-Riverstown and Clodiagh Gaels leading contenders for K-K crown

Offaly Senior “B” Hurling Championship teams profiled

Clodiagh Gaels and Kilcormac-Killoughey will clash again in 2025

LUSMAGH

Management - Brian Mullins, Gary Kelly, Fintan Kelly, Paul Hogan;

Captain - Graham Lynch;

Absentees, long term injuries, retirements from last year - Niall Duffy, Paul Kinsella, Ruairi Kelly, Eimhin Kelly;

New players – None;

Star player – Ruari Kelly;

Last year – Lost to Kilcormac-Killoughey in the semi-final;

Prospects – You write Lusmagh off at your peril and they love confounding the doubters. Expect them to be competitive again, though they really need to get their two key players, Ruari Kelly and Eimhin Kelly onto the field very quickly. Depth in strength is an issue for them but no team will take them anyway for granted. They would have to improve to win a championship but a semi-final is a realistic target for them and they will talk to most teams.
