Edel Molloy sponsored by The Thatch Rahan I am a 28 year old school teacher of Gaeilge agus Béarla from Rahan. I have always loved the Irish language which is my passion. I attended the local gaelscoil here in Tullamore and spent my TY year on the Aran Islands after achieving a scholarship. I couldn’t stay for long as I had to get back and play football and work as a lifeguard and swim teacher at Aura where I taught ages from 6 months to 85 years. I hope to become a guidance counselor and encourage other young people to achieve their potential

Sarah Kenny sponsored by The Lunch Bag I was born and raised in Ferbane. I originally joined The Lunch Bag to gain nutrition experience, but unexpectedly discovered my niche in HR and have never looked back. Starting as a one-woman department, I’ve built our HR team and department from the ground up. I am now the HR Manager of Irelands leading primary school meals supplier, feeding over half a million children each week! I love my job- I get to support people, develop talent, and help the business grow through its people. I also plan to continue my HR studies in September to keep building on the work I love. Outside of work, I’m always on the move- whether it’s gymming or running, usually with an almond flat white in hand. I love to travel, meet new people, and surround myself with good company and great conversations!
