Intoxicated man was pepper sprayed.
A HIGHLY intoxicated and very aggressive man was pepper sprayed by Gardaí during a public order incident in Birr.
On Tuesday June 3rd, at 10pm in the evening, the Guards got a report of an intoxicated man on Pound Street.
A Garda spokesperson said that when they went to the scene and approached the man “he became very aggressive and he was pepper sprayed and charged.”
