Visit Brittas Lake with Roscrea Trail Blazers

Join Roscrea Trailblazers at Mount St. Joseph's

Roscrea Trailblazers on a recent portion of the Greenway Walk

On Thursday night last local man Martin Ryan gave the well attended group a great walk around Golden Grove and Orange Hill. Despite the poor weather forecast it was great to see such a positive attitude on a poor night for walking. Well done to everyone who made the effort.

This Thursday night October 26th they are back at the Brittas Lake Loop. Distance: 7km, Time: Two hours, Grade: Moderate. Meeting at the Brittas Lake Loop Trailhead at 7pm, please bring Hand/Head torch.

Well done to club members Eileen Cahalan and Gemma Collins who successfully climbed the world's highest free standing mountain Kilimanjaro at a height of 5,895mts. An incredible achievement which was completed over seven days. Both ladies are a true inspiration to everyone.

The indoor climbing continues every Monday night at University Limerick and is open to everyone. If you would like to join them on any of their night walks or weekends away you can contact Cathal on (086) 3399 193 and receive updates through WhatsApp.
