13: Right corner forward - Luke O'Connor (St Rynagh's)
Offaly is blessed with some good forwards at the moment and some excellent performers miss out on selection here. Cathal Kiely was super for Kilcormac-Killoughey in the semi-final defeat by St Rynagh's but missed a lot of the group action with injury. His club mate Dylan Murray was very close to making this team as he produced some outstanding displays. Shinrone's Jason Sampson and Coolderry's Kevin Connolly also had some very good games. The choice is Luke O'Connor. The St Rynagh's speed merchant needs to find consistency and can float in and out of games but he is a crucial cog in the St Rynagh's machine. He gets a lot of important scores at important times in games and some of these were crucial to St Rynagh's.
