Send us your confirmation or first holy communion pictures

Many children around the county expected to make their confirmation or first holy communion earlier in the year but sadly due to the Covid-19 pandemic these special days had to put on hold.

However the good news is that in the last couple of weeks children are now getting the chance to be confirmed or receive first holy communion.

These are milestones in children's lives and we here in the Tribune and the Offaly Express want to mark them by publishing an array of photos.

All we ask is that you send a picture to editor@midlandtribune.ie, editor@tullamoretribune.ie or news@offalyexpress.ie.

Please state Confirmation or Communion in the subject line and add in the name of the child, where they attend school and on what date they were confirmed or received communion.
