Tullamore Camogie Club members visit St Philomena's NS
Ahead of the 2026 playing season getting underway member sof Tullamore Camogie Club visited the local primary schools to display the silverware won by the club during the 2025 season – u14 A & C championships, Minor A championship, Junior & Senior Cup competitions.
Our thanks to the schools for the welcome extended to the club and to our players and members who took time out to visit the schools. We hope the visits will engender interest among the pupils in playing camogie and joining our club.
The club greatly appreciate the great work of teachers in the schools in promoting our game.
ALL IRELAND POST PRIMARY SCHOOLS FINAL
Tullamore Camogie Club is very proud of the achievements of the Sacred Heart School team who played in the All Ireland Final on Saturday.
Regrettably, despite their best endeavours, it was not their day. They started well but their opponents from Newcastle were a stronger side and overcame the underfoot conditions better.
There was great support for the team at the final played in Nenagh. Well done to both players and coaches on a successful season.
