Witness appeal issued following serious single–vehicle accident in Offaly

ACCIDENT

GARDAI are appealing for witnesses following a serious single-vehicle road traffic collision at Killaderry, Daingean, that occurred on Tuesday, December 16, at approximately 12:10pm.

The male driver and sole occupant of the car (aged in his 60’s) was conveyed to Tullamore General Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this incident to come forward.

Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-am) and were travelling at Killaderry, between 11:00am and 12:20pm on that date are asked to make it available to investigating Gardaí.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Tullamore Garda Station on 057 9327600, the Garda confidential Line on 1800 666111, or any Garda Station.

Investigations are ongoing.
