Plans unveiled to convert house in Tullamore into emergency accommodation
Plans have been unveiled to convert a house in Tullamore into emergency short stay accommodation.
Planning permission will be sought by Emmet Lynch for the development at 'Helena' on the Arden Road in Tullamore.
The development consists of the change of use of the house to emergency short stay accommodation consisting of two single
rooms, common area and communal kitchen/dining area
Permission will also be sought for the demolition of two sheds and construction of two new single storey buildings to the rear, for emergency short stay accommodation, consisting of four family rooms, car parking and communal areas including a laundry and plant room all at “Helena”, Arden Road
The development is currently a single property and it is proposed to join with and adjoining property, Lynch’s Townhouse,
Arden Road, Tullamore, via a glazed link, to avail of joint communal areas and management.
