Woman alleged to have had false driving licence in Offaly

A woman has been accused of having a false Polish driving licence in Offaly.

Alina Novytska (33), St Cormac's Park, Kilcormac, has been charged with having the false licence in her custody at her own address on a date unknown between July 19, 2023 and April 2, 2025.

Sergeant Brendan Kearns applied for a further remand for Ms Novytska so that directions could be obtained from the DPP.

Judge Andrew Cody adjourned the matter to December 17 next.
