12: Left half forward – Graham Guilfoyle (Clara): Graham Guilfoyle played mainly at midfield but we are selecting him on the half forward line to facilitate Adam Strong and Eoin Carroll. They both deserve to be on it and Guilfoyle simply has to make the cut. Now in his late 30s, he had a sensational year for Clara, using his experience to great effect. He turned the clock back in many aspects – a good bit of his pace is gone but his awareness and ability to do the right thing has improved with age and you could not stand over this team without him being on it.
