'Incredibly proud' - Offaly school praises Leaving Cert students for their achievements

An Offaly school has praised the achievements of its Leaving Cert students.

Colaiste Naomh Cormac in Kilcormac sent a huge congratulations to its Leaving Cert class on their excellent results.

The school said it was wonderful to see the class return to the school to meet the staff and share in the celebrations.

"The staff are incredibly proud of our Leaving Cert students and what they have achieved both inside and outside the classroom. The weekend was an opportunity to acknowledge all the hard work and know that great opportunities lie ahead.

"CNC wish you every success and happiness as you take your next steps towards a bright future," the school added.

The school also welcomed back students after the summer holidays this week and said it was wonderful to see the Cairde group working with First-Year students as they embark on the first day of a new chapter in their lives.
