Offaly County Council has announced its decision to take three estates in the county in charge.
The council says that n accordance with Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993 and Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended, Offaly County Council propose to take in charge the following estates:
Avondale, Birr
Ballin Rí, Tullamore
Melsop Close, Birr
The maps outlining the roads and services associated with the above are available for inspection at the Roads Section, Áras an
Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, Co Offaly between the hours of 9.30am and 1.00pm & 2.00pm and 4.30pm Monday to
Friday until Thursday, November 7, 2024.

Any objections or representations regarding the proposal may be made in writing to the Director of Services on or before 4.00pm Thursday, November 21, 2024.
