Star player – Adam Screeney;

Key players – Charlie Mitchell, Ter Guinan, Cillian Kiely;

Last year – County champions;

Prospects – The title favourites and the team everyone else has to beat. They will be down players early on in the season with Adam Screeney, Cillian Kiely, Ter Guinan, Leigh Kavanagh and Charlie Mitchell all set to miss early action. Their group is not a formality and they need to be very focused from the start but they have a frightening array of talent. There is a widely held opinion out there that it is set up for Ballinamere this year but it is easy to say that. K-K do look to be heading into a period of dominance but there will be set backs along the way and they may be as vulnerable this year as they will be for some time. They can be beaten but there are very few in Offaly who can do so. Ballinamere and Shinrone are the two in Offaly with the best prospects but the odds are on K-K making it three in a row in 2025.
