Man detected in Ferbane was in excess of the specified limit for cannabis
A ONE-year driving ban was imposed on a man who was found to be in excess of the specified limit for cannabis in Ferbane last year.
Lukasz Szczepkowski (29), Demesne View, Birr, was prosecuted for drug driving at Gallen on August 17, 2025 and a guilty plea was entered on his behalf by Patrick Martin solicitor.
Mr Martin said Mr Szczepkowski was a working father of three.
The court was told he had no previous convictions and Judge Andrew Cody fined him €100 in addition to the disqualification. He was given three months to pay the fine.
