WATCH LIVE: Follow the path of Storm Dudley as it tracks towards Ireland with strong winds forecast

Storm Dudley is set to hit Ireland today and continue through Thursday morning with damaging winds forecast. 

Met Eireann has issued a series of Weather Warnings as Storm Dudley tracks towards Ireland with Met Eireann issuing a Status Yellow Wind Warning for Ireland from noon on Wednesday until noon on Thursday. 

It warns that westerly winds associated with Storm Dudley will reach mean speeds of 50 – 65km/h with damaging gusts of 80 – 110km/h, stronger on exposed coasts and on high ground. A combination of high tide and strong winds will lead to flooding on exposed coasts.
