Met Eireann forecast hot weather for Ireland this week but with a risk of thunderstorms

Met Eireann is forecast hot and humid weather for Ireland this week but with a risk of thunderstorms at times.

According to Met Eireann, the weather will be warm and humid by day and night. There will be lots of dry weather though showers are expected each day, heavy at times with thunderstorms.

Temperatures are set to reach 25 degrees at times in places throughout the week.

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland, Monday will be dry spells of warm sunshine developing. Residual rain in the north will gradually clear by early afternoon, and a few showers may develop later in the day, some of which could turn heavy or possibly thundery. Humid with highest temperatures of 21 to 26 degrees in light, occasionally moderate southerly breezes.

Largely dry at first with a mix of cloud and clear spells on Monday night. Well scattered showers will develop later, some heavy or thundery. Another mild and humid night with temperatures not falling below 12 to 16 degrees in light southeasterly or variable breezes

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland, there will be plenty of dry conditions on Tuesday with spells of sunshine, however, slow-moving thundery showers will develop in places with some localised spot flooding. Highest temperatures of 21 to 25 degrees generally in light southeasterly breezes

Largely dry overnight with clear spells and a few showers. Cloudier conditions will build in the southwest later with the possibility of some outbreaks of rain developing. Temperatures again not falling below 12 to 16 degrees with light variable breezes.

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland, there is some uncertainty in the details for Wednesday at present but indications are that it will be another mild and humid day with sunny spells though showers or showery outbreaks of rain will likely push up from the south with some thundery bursts. Highest temperatures of 21 to 25 degrees for most with light southerly breezes.

Thursday will bring a mix of cloud and sunny spells with scattered showers developing, some of which may turn heavy or thundery. Highest temperatures of 21 to 25 degrees with light breezes.

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland, current indications suggest that the weather in Ireland will continue warm with temperatures generally in the low to mid-twenties through Friday with plenty of dry weather too though further showers are likely at times.
