The new car park which has been developed at Ballycommon
TWO new developments - on the Grand Canal and near Lough Boora Parklands in Offaly - will be officially opened on Monday next.
The Leabeg to Boora link will be opened at Lough Boora Discovery Park on Monday morning at 10.30am by Jerry Buttimer TD Minister of State at the Department of Transport.
At 12 noon the Minister will officially open the Ballycommon Trailhead in Ballycommon on the banks of the Grand Canal.
Both developments are a further expansion of walking and cycling facilities for locals and visitors alike.
