Irene Wallace and Treasa Howell
TWO Tullamore women have been selected on Irish basketball squads.
Treasa Howell and Irene Wallace will represent Ireland at the FIMBA World Maxibasketball Championship in Ticino Switzerland 27th June to 6th July.
The squads are travelling to Switzerland this weekend. Treasa is the co-captain of the female 45s side and plays at the post. Irene is a point guard on the female 40s side.

The duo play senior basketball with Tullamore and are also involved in underage coaching at the club. They represented Ireland last year at the FIMBA Maxibasketball European Championship in Pesaro on the F40s team.
