Offaly man collects first Irish U20 rugby cap

Mountlucas man Farrell was capped during the recent World U20 Championships in Italy, scoring some great tries.

Ireland defeated Georgia, lost to Italy, New Zealand and Scotland and beat Spain, 38-37, in the 11th place play off. Farrell scored two tries in the opening group win over Georgia, he got a try in the narrow loss to Scotland and came on in the 56th minute of the dramatic win over Spain.
