Popular Offaly pub gets green light for new pool room as part of extension

An Offaly pub has been given the green light for a new pool room as part of extension.

Dolan's Bar in The Square in Clara has been given the go ahead for the development.

The application was for the change of use of exiting first floor storage area to pool room, forming an extended licensed area.

Offaly County Council granted permission with just two conditions attached.
