Roscrea's very special boutique bookstore, located in the Vincent's SVP shop on Church Street, was created by famed Roscrea historian, author and bibliophile, George Cunningham, who is known for his compassion towards people seeking refuge in Ireland and is offering free books, in honour of the Monk Dimma and Roscrea's St. Cronan.

The bookstore is named after the monk Dimma, who created the stunning Book of Dimma prayerbook which is kept in Trinity College in Dublin. Reproductions of the Book of Dimma can be seen in Damer House at Roscrea Castle.
