Three men sent for trial at Circuit Court accused of violent disorder in Tullamore

THREE men have been sent for trial at next month's sitting of Tullamore Circuit Court on violent disorder charges.

One of the men who appeared before the District Court last week is also accused of assault.

Books of evidence were served on Shane O'Toole (24) and David O'Toole (25), both of Beechmount Park, Mucklagh, Tullamore.
They are accused of violent disorder at William Street, Tullamore on July 11 last year.

A book of evidence was also served on Oisin Rice (20), with an address at Clara Road, Tullamore, who is accused of violent disorder and assaulting a man, causing him harm, at William Street on the same date.

Aisling Maloney, solicitor, appeared for Shane O'Toole and David O'Toole, and Patrick Martin appeared for Mr Rice.

Garda Stacey O'Brien told Judge Cephas Power all three were on bail and they had surrendered their passports.

They were sent for trial at Tullamore Circuit Court on April 5 next.
