(Testimonials from previous events)

[Guy Clothing – December 2025]

We were delighted to host the first Tullamore Chamber “Business After Hours” networking event at Guy / Kode Clothing last Christmas, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the outset, the Chamber team made the process seamless, offering great support and encouragement to ensure everything ran smoothly.

The evening itself was a fantastic success. It brought together a diverse group of local businesses in a relaxed and welcoming environment, creating genuine opportunities to connect, collaborate, and build lasting relationships. The atmosphere in-store was vibrant, and it was rewarding to see our space transformed into a hub of conversation and community.

Since hosting the event, we’ve seen real benefits — not just in terms of increased awareness of our brand, but also through the valuable connections and partnerships that have developed as a result. It reinforced for us how important it is for local businesses to engage with one another and support the wider business community.

We would strongly encourage other local businesses to consider hosting a Chamber networking event. It’s an excellent way to showcase your business, strengthen your local network, and play an active role in your community. Our experience has been nothing but positive, and we look forward to continuing our involvement in future events.

[Brian of Hoey & Denning – February 2026] – www.hoeyanddenning.com

We were delighted to host the Tullamore Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event in our offices on the 24th February. With over thirty attendees from a wide variety of professions, sectors and local businesses, the evening was a tremendous success.

One of the real highlights was the opportunity it give everyone to reconnect with existing contacts while also making new valuable connections across the local business community. The atmosphere was relaxed, positive and conducive to engaging conversations.

A huge amount of credit goes to Tina Bolton and Caroline Collins Murphy from Tullamore Chamber, whose organisation, energy and commitment made the event run seamlessly. Their tireless work continues to create meaningful networking opportunities for all of us.

We thoroughly enjoyed welcoming everyone into our office and were delighted to play a part in such a rewarding and well-attended event.

[Sharon Leavy– Nakid/ Sharon Leavy Beauty Academy March 2026]

We were absolutely delighted to host the Tullamore Chamber “Business After Hours” networking event at Sharon Leavy Beauty Academy this past March. It was a wonderful opportunity to open our doors to the local business community and showcase the facilities, training, and passion that sit at the heart of our academy right here in Tullamore.

The evening was a fantastic success, bringing together a wide range of professionals in a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment. It was incredibly rewarding to highlight the work we do in educating and inspiring the next generation of beauty professionals, while also connecting with fellow local businesses and entrepreneurs.

Hosting the event allowed the Chamber to raise awareness of the academy and demonstrate the high standards and opportunities available on our doorstep. The connections made on the night have already proven valuable, reinforcing the importance of collaboration and community within Tullamore’s thriving business network.

The Chamber would highly recommend that other local businesses consider hosting a Chamber networking event. It’s a unique chance to showcase what you do, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the continued growth and support of our local business community.
