Leading Offaly company given green light for major development work
A leading Offaly company has been given the green light for development work.
EJ Ireland, based on the Roscrea Road in Birr has been given the go ahead for a number of changes to its facility.
Planning permission was sought for the demolition of an external staircase and service yard walls and the construction of a new two-storey office extension to the rear of existing office space.
Also included in the plans is the reconfiguration of the existing car park to include four EV Parking spaces, 28 standard parking spaces and two accessible parking spaces. There are also plans for a bicycle parking shed.
Offaly County Council granted planning permission with 12 conditions attached.
