Sinn Fein's Claire Murray was the second first time candidate elected to Offaly County Council from the Edenderry Electoral Area and, incredibly, she was also the second Claire Murray elected. A regional manager from Rhode, she regained a seat in the Edenderry Area for her party that was lost in the 2019 election.
