PLAYER RATINGS: How the Offaly senior hurlers fared in their tough loss to Dublin

Eoghan Cahill - Eoghan Cahill came in at a stage when players were fully warmed up and playing a ferocious intensity. He worked very honestly but a limited amount of ball went to him and he couldn't score. Rating – 6.

Colin Spain - Colin Spain made a great impact when introduced midway during the second half. At a stage when players were tiring and fresh legs were required, he immediately injected life into Offaly and brought a real energy to proceedings. Rating – 8.

Cillian Kiely - Cillian Kiely has had a lot of injury problems in recent months and may have a bit of work to do before he is firing on all cylinders. He missed one good chance of a score but got on some ball and worked hard. Rating – 6.
