Tullamore four-piece JigJam have brought their home town to America with their new single, 'Tullamore to Boston,' blending the experience of their globetrotting career with their strong Faithful roots.

Made up of Jamie McKeogh, Daithí Melia, Cathal Guinan and Gavin Strappe, JigJam have taken the bluegrass scene by storm in the States, with their latest album, 'Live in Tullamore' hitting number 1 in the iGrass charts.

McKeogh, Melia and Guinan are Tullamore lads while Strappe hails from Tipperary, completing the quartet of talented musicians.

JigJam keep Offaly at the heart of their music, evident through the names of their new single and album, and 'Tullamore to Boston' is a foot-stomping, roof-raising love letter to their hometown.

When the best of Americana meets the trad of Tullamore, something magical happens, and JigJam have captured it all. From the barnstorming banjo to the fiery fiddle, this band produce an energy that epitomises the so-called new 'Celtgrass' genre.
