On Friday, January 27 Clara played Crinkle in the boys U-13 Community Games handball in Clara handball alley. The event consisted of two single games of two sets and one doubles game of three sets with all points added together to decide which team won.

The two single players for Clara were Conor Egan and Mark Newman. The Clara doubles team was Ciaran Doyle and Andrew Fitzpatrick. The games were very entertaining on the night as it came down to the last singles game to decide the winner. However it was the Crinkle team that came away with a well earned victory.

On Saturday the Clara U-15 team travelled to Crinkle and again played the same format of competition as the U-13s. The two single players for Clara were Conor Egan and Josh Fleming. The doubles team was Adam Owens and Josh McCloskey. After a great evening of handball the winners of the competition was again Crinkle.
