TULLAMORE Schoolboys and Schoolgirls soccer club are hosting a fantastic Feast of Fun day on Sunday, May 29 from 12 noon to 6pm. This family day promises something of interest for every one in the family whether you’re interested in soccer or not.

The Feast of Fun takes place at Leah Victoria Park, come rain or shine, say the organisers, with many of the activities under marquees.

Among the the activities will be a Talent show seeking singing and dancing sensations from the area; there will also be food and craft stalls and DJ Kevin Keogh will host a disco for the little ones.

The occasion will be an opportunity to present medals to all the under-age players. Brian Daly from TV3 will do the honours.

Already over 20 exhibitors have agreed to take part and Jamie from Jamie’s Restaurant will perform a cookery demonstration on the day. If you’re interested in taking part telephone Mary on 086 317 1257 or email her on maryconwalsh@yahoo.ie All proceeds raised on the day will go towards facilities for schoolboys and schoolgirls.
