The Clara man has completed his second round in the UAE

Offaly golfer Shane Lowry has retained the lead following the second round of the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship.
Lowry has rocketed into the lead on ten under par after the first round on Wednesday with a flawless and bogey-free round of 62, equalling the course record in the UAE.
He looked like he may let his lead slip after two bogeys in the first three holes of his second round on Thursday but recovered well to complete a solid round of 70, putting him on 12 under for the tournament.
Shane enjoyed birdies the 5th, 7th, 12th and 15th holes as he completed his two under par second round, leaving him in a narrow one-stroke lead ahead of South Africans Louis Oosthuizen and Richard Sterne.
Lee Westwood is one shot further back on ten under, while fellow Englishman Ian Poulter is also in contention on nine under par.
