Bogeys blight Lowry's final round at Pebble Beach Pro-Am
Offaly's Shane Lowry has finished in the Top 50, having shot a final round of 74 at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am tournament on the PGA Tour.
He had positioned himself well after a third round of 68 on Saturday, launching himself back into the Top 20 after a 68.
On Sunday, Lowry started with bogey on the first, before five straight pars seemed to steady his nerve. He then collected a birdie at the 7th and made the turn at even par for his round.
The back 9 brought no luck for the Offaly man as he picked up three more bogeys and just a single birdie as he signed for a two over par round of 74.
He finished five under par for the tournament in a share 43rd place.
Ted Petter Jr won the tournament on a score of 17 under par, seeing off the final day challenge of veteran left-hander Phil Mickelson.
