If bookmakers Boylesports are to be believed, Offaly are set to finish Division 3 in the middle of the pack this Spring.
Pat Flanagan's side are fourth favourites behind Armagh, Tipperary and Laois. Offaly only missed out on promotion on score difference last year.
Armagh head the outright betting at 2/1 with Tipperary next in the betting at 11/4 closely followed by Laois at 3/1. Offaly are well behind the top three as they are priced at 9/1.
Behind Offaly, Longford and Louth come in at 14/1, Sligo at 16/1 with Antrim the rank outsiders at 20/1.
Offaly begin their campaign this Sunday away to familiar foes Longford.
