The Midland Martial Arts and Training Centre came alive last Thursday night when international masters (Keepers) from all styles of martial arts descended on Tullamore to teach a special two hour seminar just for children.
The Keepers Martial Arts children’s seminar was attended by kids of all ages from all different styles of martial arts giving them the chance to train alongside some of the best masters in martial arts.
The children thoroughly enjoyed their training session and enjoyed picking up new skills from the masters.
Midland Martial Arts were delighted to welcome the international masters Tommy Jordan (Ireland) 10th Dan Kenpo Karate, Martin Mac Cabhail (Ireland) 9th Dan AikiBujutsu, Pietro Spadaro (Italy) 8th Dan Kobushi Jujitsu, Peter Coyle (Ireland) 10th Dan Kenpo Karate, Daniel Blanchet (France) 10th Dan JuJutsu and Joe Carslake (Ireland) 10th Dan Kyushoshin JuJitsu to Tullamore for this very special event.
Parents and martial arts enthusiasts watched as the instructors put on a display of different martial art techniques showing the audience why they are indeed the masters in their field.
Midlands Martial Arts and Training Centre is situated in the Tanyard in the centre of Tullamore and offers classes for both adults and children in Ju-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Shotokan Karate, Tai Chi and Kendo. New members are always welcome.
