A compact residential holding in quiet country setting near the town of Daingean in Offaly is being brought to auction in two lots by auctioneer Matt Dunne. The auction takes place on Wednesday, October 10 at 3pm in the Keadeen Hotel, Newbridge unless previously sold.

It is situated on the Daingean/Croghan Tyrrellspass Road (L1019) about two miles from Daingean and 13 miles Tullamore.

Lot 1 includes a semi derelict bungalow with 23 acres of excellent land. Guide price is €215,000 Lot 2 includes a derelict cottage with 19 acres marginal land. Guide price is €70,000
