The Heath 10k

Paul Mitchell won the Heath 10k in Portlaoise last weekend by a comfortable margin having run a superb 34.48.  Mark Donegan also had a great run, taking fourth place in 36.16.

Raheny 5 Mile

Liam Brady had a storming run at last Sunday’s Raheny 5 Mile where he finished 4th overall in 24.36.  Also in action were Adrian Curley who ran 27.17 and Fionnan Minnock who ran 33.56.  This is race that has become one of the most prestigious in the road race calendar, attracting the top runners in the country and making it a very tough competition. Well over 3000 runners took part.  Mullingar’s Mark Christie won the race in 23.45.
