Latest Met Eireann Weather Forecast for Day 2 of the National Ploughing Championships

According to Met Eireann, Wednesday, will be a very windy day at the National Ploughing Championships as Storm Ali crosses the country. There is currently a Status Yellow Wind Warning in effect for county Offaly. 

That warning is in place from 5am on Wednesday morning until 5pm on Wednesday evening. South to southwest winds will reach mean speeds of 50 to 65 km/hr with gusts of 90 to 110 km/hr.

Rain in the morning will clear by the afternoon. Maximum temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees.
