A disqualified driver who is the subject of a warrant has been arrested at a Garda checkpoint.
According to An Garda Síochána, the arrest occurred at a checkpoint in Cork City recently, during which officers stopped the driver.
Six other vehicles were seized during the operation for a number of offenses, including having no insurance or being driven by an unaccompanied learner driver.
