Lowry And Dunne Backed For Irish Challenge At Pebble Beach

Shane Lowry

Shane Lowry and Paul Dunne have both been the topic of conversation of punters' interest in the run up to the Pebble Beach Pro-AM teeing off on Thursday.

In the three visits that Lowry made to the tournament, he made the cut for all, while the feeling of success returned to Paul Dunne on the European Tour with an emphatic win at the British Masters near the end of last season.

Lowry was cut into 50/1 from 66/1 after a burst of initial support, while Paul Dunne was clipped into 80/1 from 100/1 ahead of his second visit to the prestigious event played over three courses.

Number one in the world Dustin Johnson leads the way at 11/2 having already bagged 2 victories in the event, but creeping up on him are the three in-form players Justin Day, John Rahm and Rory Mcllroy.

Boyle Sports will be granting their customers back their money as a free bet if their selection is to place second or third, including ties, as they continue an offer which has already seen two significant refunds on Rory McIlroy in his two starts this year.
