Grief creeps up on us all and this past month of January was particularly wet and dark and many people grieving their loved ones are feeling lonely.
Help is at hand in the Roscrea Community Bereavement Support which is now in its eighth year.
The group meet the first Friday of every month at 10.30 am to 12 noon in the Parish Centre on Abbey Street in Roscrea.
If you are feeling lonely a warm welcome awaits you of likeminded people who are going through the same bereavement journey.
The group takes the form of a cup of tea, support, in an informal confidential setting and all are welcome.
