Roscrea's Dean Maxwell residents visit Áras an Uachtaráin

The Roscrea visitors also saw the Peace Bell at Áras an Uachtaráin.

Residents and staff of the Dean Maxwell Community Nursing Unit in Roscrea were recently invited to Áras an Uachtaráin for the Community Day Garden Party.

Marie Healy and Eileen O’Meara, residents of the Dean Maxwell Community Nursing Unit in Roscrea, are pictured below when they were invited to the Community Day Garden Party at Áras an Uachtaráin by President Michael D Higgins and Sabina Higgins.

The residents were accompanied on their visit by staff members (back, left to right) Eileen Gohery and Aileen Delaney and, as part of the day, were treated to entertainment and a tour of the reception and State Rooms and they also saw the Peace Bell at Áras an Uachtaráin.
