Man sent to Offaly circuit court on drug dealing charge

A MAN has been sent forward for trial at Tullamore Circuit Court on December 5 next on a drug dealing charge.

A book of evidence was served at Tullamore District Court by Garda Stacey O'Brien on Deividas Rimeikis (25), Chancery Park Avenue, Tullamore.

Mr Rimeikis is accused of possessing cannabis for sale or supply on May 18 last year at Church Road, Tullamore.

A curfew which had previously been imposed on the accused was removed.
