Tipp-Off Christmas Raffle in aid of Mary’s Meals
A Christmas Raffle will take place in Roscrea on Tuesday, December 20 in aid of Mary’s Meals. With a range of unique prizes on offer, tickets are €2 each or 3 for €5. Tickets are available from Phelans Siopa, Ballaghmore; Byrnes Shop, Dunkerrin; Toohers Shop, Kinnitty or directly from Mary Heffernan, Margaret Ryan, Patricia Gleeson or Angela Moore.
Donations can be made online at Tipp-Off Christmas Raffle Mary's Meals (marysmeals.ie) It costs just €18.30 to feed a child in a place of education for an entire school year through Mary’s Meals Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Coláiste Phobal Musical
Final preparations are being made for Coláiste Phobal's 2022 musical 'Could it be Magic', which will be staged on November 23, 24 and 26th. Please contact school reception at (0505) 23939 for ticket information.

Roscrea Musical Society
This year RMS presents 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs' in the Abbey Hall on Thursday, December 1 to Saturday, December 3 at 8pm nightly and 2pm Matinee on Saturday.

Online booking is available and tickets are €15 (Adults) & €12 (U16'S and OAP's) + €1 booking fee.

Roscrea's boutique bookshop located in the SVP Vincent's Shop on Church Street, has fantastic Christmas guift ideas to suit everyone.

Kinnitty Players - tickets for show now available
Tickets for the Kinnitty Players upcoming production of the hilarious Seperate Beds are now available to purchase online at eventbrite.ie - search on the site for Kinnitty Players.
The show will run for three nights from Thursday, December 08 to Saturday, December 10 in Kinnitty Community Centre.

Roscrea Country Market
Roscrea Country Market opens on Fridays from 10am to 12.30pm in the Muintir Na Tire Hall, Roscrea with a supply of cakes, tarts, scones, pavlovas, jams, eggs, brown bread. The market now has crafts as well, so pop along and have a look.

Gamblers Anonymous

Ballaghmore Parish Fundraiser
A fundraiser in aid of Ballaghmore Parish will be held in Racket Hall Hotel, Roscrea on Saturday, December 3 when the Wrafter family band will be live in concert. Irish, ballads, folk, trad. Doors open at 7pm and show at 8pm. Tickets on sale in Phelan's shop, Ballaghmore.

Roscrea Badminton Club
Roscrea Badminton Club training will continue every Monday in the Community Hall in Shinrone from 8pm.
New members, both social and competitive are most welcome to come along. If you just wish to try out the sport, racquets can be provided.

We would like to congratulate Mark Shaw and Celine Connors who were Members of the Tipperary Grade C/D/E Over 40s Team which won the inaugural running of the Munster Masters on Sunday and also congratulate the members of the club who were on the F/G/H Over 40s team.

Roscrea Trail Blazers
Last Thursday night's walk was cancelled due to a poor weather forecast. This Thursday, November 17, they are on a new walk around Birr town, 8 km easy, flat walk, and well suited for all levels. Time: Two hours. Meeting at Tesco Carpark at 7pm. Please bring head/hand torch and Hi Viz jacket.

The next Greenway walk will be the next section of The Barrow Way on Sunday December 4 from Milltown Bridge.
