Oaklands Community College, Edenderry is participating in a new ‘Ambassador’ training programme designed to raise awareness of Europe, democracy and political choice among young people across the EU.
Mairead McGuinness, Fine Gael MEP for Offaly and Vice-President of the European Parliament formally opened a one-day Ambassador training programme held recently at the Radisson Hotel, Athlone.
