Marcella hosting ODVSS ‘morning tea’ event

DEPUTY Marcella Corcoran-Kennedy will take on the role of hostess this Friday, May 18 for Offaly Domestic Violence Support Service’s annual “‘UNITEA’ against Domestic Violence.”

DEPUTY Marcella Corcoran-Kennedy will take on the role of hostess this Friday, May 18 for Offaly Domestic Violence Support Service’s annual “‘UNITEA’ against Domestic Violence.”

The Fine Gael TD is hosting ‘morning tea’ in her office at Emmet Street, Birr and all are welcome to call in and support this event.

ODVSS provides crisis support and information to women and children who have experienced domestic violence and abuse.

Other ‘morning tea’ events will be held in Whigsborough House in Fivealley, Banagher, Tullamore and Edenderry.

ODVSS will hold their own event in the Bridge Centre, Tullamore from 11am to 1pm.

So in the words of the legenadary Mrs Doyle, “Go on, go on, go on, go on, you’ll have a cup of tea.”
